The Partnership
Two Missions,
One Shared Goal
Green Castle Hill Group, Inc. has entered into a formal partnership with WestCal Academy®, an organization officially recognized by the United States Department of Labor as an Apprenticeship Ambassador. Through this collaboration, GCH is able to connect the individuals and families it serves — including those navigating recovery, housing transitions, and re-entry — directly to registered apprenticeship pathways that lead to real, sustainable careers.
WestCal Academy®’s model is built on the belief that a living wage is not enough — people deserve access to what they call a “thriving wage.” That philosophy aligns closely with GCH’s own commitment to economic empowerment as a pillar of lasting recovery and community stability, first outlined in our Workforce Development & Economic Empowerment program.
This partnership gives GCH program participants a direct bridge to career exploration, hands-on pre-apprenticeship experience, and registered apprenticeship placement across a wide range of in-demand industries — turning training into a genuine pathway toward long-term economic independence.
